Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms
pressbuzki operates this website from Singapore. By accessing or using the site and any related Corporate Programming services you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under Singapore law between you and pressbuzki.
Eligibility and permitted use
The site and services are intended for corporate clients and authorised representatives aged 18 or over. Individuals under 18 may not create accounts or submit content. You may use the services only for legitimate business purposes related to software development and corporate programming projects. Personal or consumer use is not permitted.
Prohibited conduct
You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or promotes illegal activity. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, reverse-engineer any code, or use automated tools to scrape data. Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action under Singapore statutes including the Computer Misuse Act.
Accounts, submissions or user content
Where accounts are created you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant pressbuzki a non-exclusive licence to use it for service delivery and improvement. We may remove content that breaches these terms without notice.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, graphics, code and design on the site remain the property of pressbuzki or its licensors. You may view pages for your own internal business use but may not copy, modify or distribute any material without prior written consent. Trademarks must not be used in any manner that implies endorsement.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference third-party tools or hosting providers. We do not control or endorse these services and accept no liability for their performance or content. Any contract you enter with third parties is solely between you and that provider.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, suspend accounts or terminate services at our discretion for operational, legal or security reasons. Upon termination all licences granted to you end immediately.
Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law
Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by the Unfair Contract Terms Act and other Singapore consumer protections we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the site or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold pressbuzki, its officers and agents harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore. Nothing affects your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where applicable to corporate clients.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version date appears at the top of this page.
